SHIPPING POLICY
This shipping policy applies to all customers who purchase goods from sheisjolly.com (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Please read it carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions, contact us at aggie@sheisjolly.com.
1. Shipping Options for Customers in the United States
We offer various distinct shipping methods for US customers. You may choose the one that best suits your needs at checkout.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We handle all customs clearance and pay all import duties and taxes. You will not be contacted by customs for additional fees.
Premium Express (DDU): This method is faster, but you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees. These fees are not collected at checkout and will be billed directly to you by the carrier prior to delivery.
2. International Shipping (Outside the United States)
We ship to over 220 countries and territories worldwide. Shipping is handled by DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
Standard Express Delivery: 8–14 business days, depending on your location.
Sea Freight: Available for orders exceeding 50 kg. Delivery time: 25–35 business days (varies by destination). Contact us for a quote.
Note: For international orders (outside the US), import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are generally not included in our prices. You are responsible for paying these directly to local customs when the package arrives. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
Processing time begins after we receive your order confirmation and full payment. Please note that our order processing days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.
Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. (Note: In rare cases of exceptionally large B2B bulk orders, we will contact you immediately if additional inventory consolidation time is required).
In case of temporary stock shortage:
We will notify you by email within 24-48 hours.
Your order will be paused until we receive your instruction.
If we do not hear from you within 3 business days, we will automatically cancel the out-of-stock item(s) and issue a refund for those items. The rest of your order will be shipped normally.
4. Shipping Costs & Calculation
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on total weight, destination, and chosen carrier.
For wholesale orders: heavier packages benefit from a lower cost per kilogram. We encourage consolidating multiple items into one order to reduce per-unit shipping fees.
You may request to use your own prepaid shipping label or arrange your own freight forwarder. Please contact us before placing your order at aggie@sheisjolly.com to coordinate.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email. You can monitor your package on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
6. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure
The 8-14 business days estimated delivery is provided as a guideline. Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, weather, or other factors outside our control.
We are not liable for any delay caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, wars, terrorist acts, pandemics, governmental actions, or disruptions to transportation networks.
If a delay exceeds 15 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate and, if appropriate, offer a partial shipping refund or other remedy at our discretion.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Before shipment: We carefully inspect and pack all items. If your package is lost or damaged before being handed to the carrier, we will refund or replace it at no cost.
After shipment: Once the carrier has possession of your package, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the carrier. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we are not directly responsible for loss or damage caused by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged: Keep all original packaging and take clear photos. Contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will help you file a claim.
If your package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it: Check with neighbors and your local post office. If still missing, contact us within 5 days. We will investigate with the carrier.
We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders. If you wish to insure your package, please contact us at aggie@sheisjolly.com immediately after placing your order to arrange coverage.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Important)
For US customers using DDP methods: You pay nothing extra – we cover all import charges.
For US customers using Premium Express and all other international customers: You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
If you refuse to pay customs fees: The package may be abandoned or returned to us. You will not receive a refund for the order or the original shipping cost, and you may be charged for return shipping costs incurred by us.
If you provide an incorrect shipping address or incomplete customs information: Any extra fees, re-routing charges, or loss resulting from incorrect information will be your responsibility.
9. Shipping Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to change the address after placing an order, contact us immediately at aggie@sheisjolly.com.
Before dispatch: We may be able to update the address at no charge.
After dispatch: Address changes are generally not possible. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
10. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns and refunds are strictly governed by our separate Refund and Return Policy. In summary:
Timeframe: All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receipt.
Defective items: We will cover return shipping (or issue a refund without requiring a return) for verified quality issues.
Non-quality reasons: Returns for unwanted items must be in their original, unused condition, and you will be responsible for both return shipping and redelivery costs.
