📦 Returns & Exchanges We want you to absolutely love your SHEISJOLLY pieces! To ensure a smooth return process, please DO NOT send items back without reaching out first.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us at maggie@sheisjolly.com within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the exact shipping instructions for our US facility.
