Return & Refund Policy

At sheisjolly.com, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality products. Every item is carefully inspected before shipment. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or receive a defective item, our support team is here to help make the return process as seamless as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our support team at aggie@sheisjolly.com with your reason. We will process your cancellation within 1-2 business days with no handling fees.

How to Handle Defective Products

If you discover a quality issue with your recently purchased items, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at aggie@sheisjolly.com or via our website's live chat within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos or videos demonstrating the product defect.

  • Once the defect is verified (typically within 1 business day), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. You will not need to return the defective items.

  • Please note: If you cannot provide valid photo/video evidence, or if the evidence does not clearly show a defect, you will be required to return the items in their original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. In this case, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returns for Non-Quality Reasons

If you wish to return or exchange items for reasons other than product defects (e.g., change of mind):

  • Requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

  • The buyer is responsible for both the return shipping fees and the reshipping costs.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the exact condition you received them: undamaged, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Non-returnable items: We cannot accept returns on items marked as "non-returnable" or on free promotional gifts.

Exceptions (Full Refund without Return)

You will receive a full refund without needing to return the package if:

  • The courier confirms the package was lost or severely damaged in transit.

  • We accidentally shipped the wrong item, size, or pattern.

Refund Process

Once your return or refund request is approved, we will process it within 7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. (Please note: It may take an additional 3-7 business days for the funds to appear on your credit or debit card statement). Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  • Note: Original shipping fees and shipping insurance are non-refundable.

Important Reminders for Returns

  • Do not use the sender's address on your package. The address on your shipping label is not our authorized return facility.

  • Always contact us at aggie@sheisjolly.com before sending anything back. We will provide the correct return address. Returning packages to an unauthorized address may result in your return being rejected or lost.

  • Please ensure your return package contains only sheisjolly.com merchandise. We are not responsible for any personal items or non-sheisjolly products accidentally included in your return package.
